Allium-Free Vegan Ranch Alternative: Creamy Peppercorn Dressing

I've made this TWICE now and it never ceases to delight.

Smooth, thick, tangy, with just the right amount of bite. It's my new alternative to ranch.

The secret ingredient is....wait for it...GRAPEFRUIT JUICE!  Citrus-y and bright without being overpowering, leaving plenty of room for peppercorn to take center stage.

Allium-Free Creamy Peppercorn Dressing

1/2 cup vegannaise
1/2 - 1 T. Trader Joe's Dijon Mustard (I used more the second time around because YUM)
3 T. grapefruit juice to loosen (more as needed)
All the freshly-cracked pepper your heart desired

This dressing is VERY assertive, so use a light hand on your salads and veggies~!  I love it with tomatoes.

If left thicker it makes a great dip too!
