Vegetarian Pot Pie

A great way to use up leftover pie crust! Which is exactly what I was doing O_O

Actually, if you've got leftover anything (i.e. curry, stir-fried whatever, etc.), feel free to throw it in as filling! I had leftover cream cheese ^^;





Materials:
Pie crust
Leftovers (such as cream cheese!)
Frozen or fresh veggies (I used frozen veggie medley)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Put the veggies in an oversafe container.
2. Add the leftovers on top.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roll out some pie crust and put it on top.
5. Bake at 375F or 180-ish C until the top is golden brown and the whole thing is thoroughly heated.
