Festive Tomato Ramen

Originally created this during the Christmas season, hence the green ramen and red tomatoes :D

Actually, we had nothing else in the house except tomatoes (from making curry) and spinach noodles. And snacks. And I can't subsist on snacks. xD

Serves 1

In medium pan, sautée:
Several ginger slices
2 tomatoes, diced

Season with:
Salt and sugar to taste, black sugar okay

Simmer 'til tomatoes are soft-ish

Add water, boil and add ramen
Let sit 5 min.

Season with soy sauce/paste
Sesame oil
