Stoveless Sacha Noodles with Sweet Onion

We made this on our convection cooker :D



Ingredients:
Onion, chopped
Oil

Noodles

Sacha sauce
Salt, to taste

Directions:
1. Caramelize the onions on low heat. When they are sufficiently soft, set them aside.
2. In a separate bowl, boil the noodles until they are cooked. Drain.
3. Combine the noodles with the onions. Add sacha sauce (mostly solid, with some oil to prevent noodle stick-age) and salt to taste. Mix to distribute evenly.
4. OM NOM NOM.
