Grilled Eggplant 全素

An awesome savoury dish for the grilling season!

This is the summaryIngredients:

Asian Eggplants, cut diagonally
Sacha sauce 沙茶醬, paste portion only
Soy sauce, to taste


1. Mix up a sacha grilling sauce by adding soy sauce to sacha paste until it is of spreading consistency.
2.Combine the ingredients and let it sit for at least 5 minutes.
3. Skewer the eggplants and grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Alternatively, wrap in tin foil, seal, and cook over coals for softer, juicier, less smoky eggplants.

On an unrelated note, we passed this place the other day and I want to go to there.
